Aimee McCarley’s project describes her Meemaw, Villa Montene Easley Stevens. Aimee, a 5th grader, learned about life during the Great Depression through reading her Meemaw’s journals and researching the topic. Aimee is proud of her Meemaw, one of the Rosie Riveters of World War II.
