Around the World Yoyo presented the assembly “The School is Cool” at Happy Elementary.  John Fox, who travels across America speaking to thousands of students each year, used Yoyo tricks to encourage students to work hard in school so they can be productive citizens.  He told the students that all the skills they need to get a job and keep a job they can learn in school.

Around the World Yoyos are for sale at Happy Elementary for the rest of the week.  Students are practicing yoyo tricks and enjoying an old toy with a new twist.

During the program, Mr. Fox included student participants and trained two sixth grade students to shorten strings for younger students.  School is definitely cool at Happy Elementary.
